What Hasn't Kesher Recorded This Week?

Liv, Shai, Ari, Dalia, Naomi, Lily, Becca, and Norah accomplished so much this week, by writing about it we would not be able to give their music justice. From rap battles to belly buttons, every song speaks for itself. Please enjoy a look inside the minds of eight kesher campers!

Summer 2025 is off with a bang with these recording studio hobbies!

This past week, four cabins hopped in the studio for their cabin activity to create covers of some of our favorite songs. B3 “ruined” the song Into The Thick of It. B2 recreated the classic Lorax song Let It Grow in preparation for their talent show act. O2 sang their way through Taylor Swift’s Shake it Off. And G1 took turns recording two Broadway songs: Satisfied and Defying Gravity.

Makording Studio Strikes Again

In a busy week of recording studio, Makor campers created a whole slew of different projects. Some of these projects include an original song by Samantha about Beber Camp, Gabriel’s original song about his studio collaborator Jack’s mishaps at camp, Grace’s Beberfied version of the hit song TikTok, and Aaron’s oringal song about a sneak out.

A Sneak Peck Peak at Liam’s Music

Makor camper Liam Peck wrote and recorded a multitude of songs across genres this session in the recording studio. His funk song Brain Function will put you in the mood to grove. Pizza Man chronicles the story a hungry customer as they become a pizza man. Liam went acoustic with his song Power Outage, playing the Kahone and recording a music video in the tunnel. Finally, Liam left us wowed by his avant garde Big Project, which captures a zen feeling in a never before heard soundscape.

Stuido Radio presents 3 Beber Chat News - plus Panel Discussions on many topics, and a fun loop/beat project!

All the news from early August 2024 is right here, produced by our camper newscasters in our own newsroom! See below that for panel discussions!

Out 3 Beber Chat producers delved into many topics in our panel discussions in studio, so check out host Mattie interviewing Hailey, Bennett, Zach, and special guests. First up - movie and TV discussion! More coming soon!

PLUS - a very fun song/loop/beat created by our radio hobbies - a conversation including heavy use of the word “no” was captured and looped, with beats and synths added to turn it into a major bop! NO is a YES!

BeberFest is Worth Getting Up Early For!

Getting to a music festival at 9am my be a hard sell, but not when you have talent like this! The camp went crazy for the three bands, each representing a different division.

Band of the Year 2023 Dipped got back together to prove they have more to prove, and prove it they did, performing Dancing Queen as the crowd sang along!

MORE BEING ADDED SOON!!

FINE ARTS FEST 2024 is Music Magic in Mukwonago!

Fine Arts Fest remains Beber’s premiere showcase of hobby talent in the music and fine art fields, and the bands at session 2’s festival didn’t disappoint - see and hear below as Band of the Session winners Still a Mystery tackle a classic Tom Petty tune, Kesher’s own Party Pack lean into a legendary Journey song to get the audience pumped…

Dipped is Getting Back in the Pool for 2024

Dipped very casually showed up on the 2023 music scene and nonchalantly won Ramot Band of the Session. Not much has changed since then, despite almost everything changing.

2 former members dipped out to Pio year, and 2 dipped from camp. Then this year the band had to dip from every rehearsal hall they tried to play in, and their singer Lila had to dip out of half the rehearsals. Then 2 more members joined and quickly dipped.

In a surprise dip-in Beber music legend Ethan Kolesky joined the band to play his first BeberFest in 8 years.

And Gabi overcame her fears and dipped her toes into the lake - but not for long enough to actually take the picture that way.

Sylvie, Gabi, and Lila are Dipped. Their new single is the 1976 hit Dancing Queen. Listen here, and see their performance on the BeberFest blog entry above. Jump in y’all.
